Room for your collection

Clear limits. No silent omissions.

There’s no cap on document count. Documents that exceed the character limit are held for review, and our team works with you on next steps.

Documents per upload or workspace
No limit
Bring a small collection or a full production.
Characters per document
1,000,000
Approximately 250,000 tokens. Longer documents are held for review.
Recommended file size
Up to 500 MB
Per file. We work with you to split larger files before upload.

Email, chat & containers

Keep the context with the evidence.

Emails keep their families. Attachments stay linked to their parent message, so reviewers can see the full context and search each attachment on its own.

Mailboxes, unpacked

PST and MBOX containers are unpacked, with each message and attachment processed as its own document.

Conversations, searchable

RSMF chat exports are indexed and searchable by conversation.

Collections, in one archive

ZIP archives are unpacked on upload, and each file inside is processed on its own.

Already processed elsewhere?

Bring the production as it is.

Loadfile data is treated as final. Your text, images, and metadata load as delivered, with no re-OCR or re-extraction.

DAT
Document metadata and coded fields, with Concordance and custom delimiters.
OPT (Opticon)
Maps document IDs to page images.
LFP (IPRO)
Maps document IDs to page images.
DII (Summation)
Metadata and document boundaries.
EDRM XML
Full document sets in an open interchange format.
CSV (altumatimOS protocol)
Our loadfile format, documented in the ingestion guide.
Images
TIFF and PDF page images referenced by OPT or LFP.
Relativity exports
Production sets, DAT files, and RSMF chat.

For uploads that mix natives and loadfiles, missing files, mismatched references, and inconsistent loadfiles are flagged before ingestion.

One file won’t stop the rest.

If a file can’t be processed, the rest of the upload continues. The failure log lists the file and the reason, so you know what to resend or handle another way.

A few useful details

Questions about your data?

Is there a limit on how many documents I can upload?

There is no document-count limit per upload or workspace. The per-document limit is 1,000,000 characters. Longer documents are held for review, and our team works with you on next steps.

Do you re-OCR my production images?

No. Loadfile data is treated as final. Your text, images, and metadata load as delivered, with no re-OCR or re-extraction.

Can I bring data from Relativity?

Yes. You can bring Relativity production sets, DAT files, and RSMF chat exports with their associated files.

What happens to email attachments?

Attachments stay linked to their parent email as a family. Each attachment is also searchable on its own.

What if my format isn’t listed?

Contact our team to confirm the format before uploading. If a file cannot be processed, it is listed in your failure log with a reason and does not block the rest of the upload.

Can I get my data back out?

Yes. Export original files with their names preserved, productions, privilege logs, review results, and document inventories. Large exports are packaged as ZIP files.

Ready to bring your data?

Formats are added regularly. Contact us if you need one confirmed in writing.
