Customer Success Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist with a strong background in Project Management to join our growing team. The Role

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be a strategic partner to our clients (AmLaw 100 firms and Fortune 500 corporations). You will guide them through the "paradigm shift" of using story-based AI to get the information they need to deliver the results their clients want.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Strategy: Lead the implementation of altumatimOS for new clients.
• Project Management: Oversee the lifecycle of eDiscovery and investigation proof of concept engagements.
• Client Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, working closely with our engineering and data science teams to refine our Super Agent orchestrators and user experience.
• Product Mastery: Become an expert in our proprietary features and adept at providing demonstrations and training.

Who You Are

• Legal Industry Veteran: You have a background as a Paralegal, Litigation Support Specialist, or Legal Ops Professional. You understand the challenges legal professionals face and are ready to help them be at the forefront of the AI transformation.
• Project Management Pro: You are highly organized and capable of managing multiple high-stakes legal projects simultaneously.
• Tech-Forward: You aren't afraid of AI; in fact, you're excited by the prospect of seeing clients achieve otherwise impossible outcomes because of it.
• A Self-Starter: You are motivated, take ownership, and strive for excellence.

Skills & Experience — Required

• Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com) to manage complex client deployments.
• Customer Success Acumen: Proven experience in client onboarding, conducting training sessions, managing proof of concepts (POCs), and driving product adoption.
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn and master proprietary AI software, coupled with the talent to translate complex technical concepts into easily digestible language for non-technical legal teams.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of comfort leading presentations and strategy calls with senior partners and corporate executives.

Skills & Experience — Preferred

• eDiscovery Knowledge: Familiarity with the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and exposure to industry-standard platforms (e.g., Relativity, Everlaw, Reveal) is a huge plus, but not strictly required.

Education & Certifications

• Degree: Bachelor's degree in Pre-Law, Business, Communications, Legal Studies, or a related field (Preferred).
• Industry Certifications: A Paralegal Certificate, Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS) credential, or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong plus.
• Technical Acumen: While a technical degree isn't required, a demonstrated commitment to continuous learning in legal technology, data analysis, or AI is highly valued.
